A Sportsbook Adjusted Parlay Arbitrage (SGPA) is similar to traditional parlays, with one exception. When using an SGPA, odds are adjusted according to how connected bets are – this may reduce overall odds for winning bets, leading to reduced potential payouts. Compared with this approach, traditional parlays calculate individual odds independently before multiplying each one together for their overall odds – usually leading to greater payouts for parlays with equal number of legs than SGPAs with similar stakes.
